The ICP sensor is on the rear of the engine. It's probably easier to reach it from over the transmission. The High Pressure Oil Pump is in the engine valley. Our expierience is that when it fails it doesn't run at all. The system will show the pressure around 750psi on start up and up in the 2500psi at high RPM's.
