I think 14 is the magic number…..if I remember right, you can hatch any egg at that. If possible I’d definitely recommend grinding for an incubator though.

Even if it did work, you'd need to do something like what I've seen used: 1) Lay foundations, lay a ton of electrical and AC on top of that. 2) Lay ceilings on top of above, the build your base on the ceilings, almost as if the AC isn't there.
