Deep Creek Overview. Deep Creek campground has 92 well-maintained campsites and is next to one of the most popular creeks in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The campground has 42 tent-only (walk-to) sites, and another 50 campsites for RV and tent use. The RV sites have parking spurs from 16 to 27 feet.So we are reconfiguring our campground over the off-season to accommodate for more dome tents.
