My name is Firefly, I was rescued by OPH on 5/5/23 as part of the second round of "Bring in the Spring" transports. I'm guessed to be a chihuahua dachshund mix, about 6 years old ,and I weigh about 8 lbs. My foster mom has been calling me Storm as in Storm Trooper (shelter paper has my bd as 05/04).They were picked up by a passing motorist who kept them in foster care until Operation Paws for Homes Rescue was able to arrange with Mid-South Humane Society for them to come north. The puppies have been microchipped, vaccinated and dewormed. They will be available after April 21. The litter of puppies is being fostered in Falls Church, VA.
