They looked fine out the box, but I noticed after my first couple mags that my front sight post on my dagger was loose. It would lean left or right. Then after 2 more mags, the whole front sight was coming out and I was able to spin it around w my fingers.Instead of the sight hiding the dot, the dot can go on top of the sight. Its a small difference, but it does help. it will also help the very rare brass casing and stop it from hitting your optic. as far as im concerned, having the irons in front of your optic is optimal. 3.

I’m not sure which Dagger you bought, but the G17 stock spring weight is 17lbs and the G19 spring weight is 18lbs. Blazer Ammo is decent range ammo, so it should function in any gun. If you want to try a lower spring weight, start by going down 2-3lbs.
Mar 28, 2022 · Having mounted a couple of different red dot sights on this pistol, I found the co-witness height to fluctuate depending on the height of the red dot sight base. The sights are certainly visible and usable with a dot, but weren’t exactly 1/3 co-witness with the dots tested. Right in front of the rear sights we find the optics-ready cut. The only suggestion is to use a quality sight pusher and front sight tool. There are a couple of suggested sight pushers on the website at the bottom of every Dagger product listing. Then just purchase the front night sight, a lot of different sights come like this already and many shooter like myself prefer a blacked out rear with a tritium or fiber optic front sight.
