Here’s a trick for: roll up the mat with the dots on the inside. Gently squeeze the rolled up mat. Then shake them out into a bowl or cup. Dippin' Dots' cotton candy ice cream is a decent take on the flavor, and comes in pretty pastel pink and blue orbs. The ice cream is solid, and captures the flavor of cotton candy pretty well. It's sweet, which is just about all you need.
