I'd much rather buy a 1 or 2 yr old car and get a much better value than get a less nice vehicle brand new. Pay 40k for a fully optioned out Camry, or pay 40k for a fully optioned out 3 yr old lexus which had an original value of $55-60k. If one is so worried about a warranty, maybe it's time to rethink the car one is buying in the first place.
