I use SAE 30 above 32 degrees. Transmission has 17 quarts of SAE 80 EP. it is a square plug on the left side of the transmission just in front of the clutch pedal. There are 2 plugs on my WD and would assume on a 45 also. One is for the transmission,differential and one for the clutch. I use Havoline 10W40 in the engine, and a good hydraulic oil that is compatible with the AGCO Power Fluid 821 oil. Most stores have an oil that meets the spec. I use that in both the Transmission and the hydraulic system.

If it doesn't get used in the winter, a modern 15w-40 dino oil would be better than 10w-30. Change every 100 hours or yearly, whichever comes first. If used in the winter, I would recommend Mobil 1 5w-40 turbo diesel oil year around and changing once per year or every 200 hours, which ever comes first.
