Feb 15, 2022 · I left JRPC2.xex and RPC.xex enabled as plugins, and now the console freezes at the Xbox 360 logo. I can't bypass plugins by pressing the disc tray eject button either. I also can't connect Xbox 360 Neighborhood to edit the launch.ini. I'm stumped, any suggestions? Fixed it by installing a blank launch.ini onto a USB and plugging it into the ... I've just put together a custom launch.ini file preconfigured and my personal favorite mod menu for GTA. XBDM is also included for remote access via Neighborhood. EFLC is my personal favorite, it's a newer version of SkyAcro, also supports a few other Call of Dutys and I know Halo Reach too, not sure on the full list of games though.
